Items crafted with mesh fabric are delicate by nature. While they are designed for wear, mesh can rip or tear if not handled gently. Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will NOT be issued for damages that occur while trying on or wearing the garment.

Shipping Policy

• All orders are shipped to the exact mailing address provided at checkout.

• Fashion Closet Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

• Once an order has shipped, any concerns regarding delivery, tracking, or claims must be directed to the shipping carrier.

Order & Cancellation Policy

• Diamante and Luxury Collection styles cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

• All other orders are also final and non-cancellable once submitted.

If you wish to initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. No exceptions will be made.

Return Requirements

• Customers must request a return within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team.

• Returns must be approved and authorized by Fashion Closet Clothing before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and for store credit to be processed.

• Store credit will only be issued once the returned item passes quality review. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
